Cuddle & Connect

A calming session for babies 0–12 months and their special someone—featuring songs, massage, play, and connection. Every fortnight the session is a little different, with a new theme or focus to explore.

It’s also a lovely chance to meet other caregivers on a similar journey—share stories, smiles, and support in a relaxed, understanding space. 

Tears, cuddles, feeds, and naps are all welcome here.

No experience needed—just bring yourselves and a blanket or wrap for your baby to lie on.
Because it’s the little moments that mean the most.
