Australian Shipping

All postage will be calculated on check out, please select an option that suits your needs.

All parcels are sent via Sendle to the nominated address when checking out.

Parcels are sent the next business day and at the very latest (in a rare occasion) the following business day, with the exception of express. 

Parcels are sent 'Authority to Leave', please note that My Small World Adventures accepts no responsibility for parcels that are missing with Authority to Leave. 

Tracking details will be emailed to track your parcels journey, should you have any questions please email mysmallworldadventures@gmail.com

 

Returns

All items are quality checked prior to dispatch and being a natural item contain individual timber characteristics and markings, making each piece unique.

We do not offer a return or refund for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

Our items are recommended for use with parental supervision, as items may contain small parts.  Items are not to be used as a teether, bitten or chewed, unless otherwise specified.

In the unlikely chance that a product is faulty on arrival, please contact us on mysmallworldadventures@gmail.com

 

Pick Up 

If local pick up is selected then a message will be sent out (if not that business day, the following business day). If you require your item urgently, please specify as arrangements can be made for collection from Totally Workwear if My Small World Adventures operating hours don't suit.
